So here it is... the first film title for you to play with...

The Fear Chamber - "A scientist notices strange frequencies coming from within the Earth. He and his assistants discover a living rock underneath a volcano. They bring the rock to their lab, and discover that it needs the hormones that are produced by humans when they are fearful in order to survive. They then abduct and sacrifice young girls to keep the living rock alive."

Remember, you can use any medium for your poster, you could even do a photograph if you wanted! Once you have your entry ready, email it to us at talk2ted@hotmail.com and we will post it on this blog....

Well... what are you waiting for?? Get off your horse and....DRAW!!

closing date 31st March (this will give you a few weeks extra for your first entry and will then get into a month cycle!!)

The rules

"JAWS - When a gigantic great white shark begins to menace the small island community of Amity, a police chief, a marine scientist and grizzled fisherman set out to stop it"

"ROBOCOP - In a dystopic & crime ridden Detroit, a terminally wounded cop returns to the force as a powerful cyborg with submerged memories haunting him"

If you were asked to draw the movie poster based on the title and plot synopsis, what would your poster look like?

Every month we will be posting a few lines about a film on this blog and welcoming your efforts to create a movie poster based on that info. You can use whatever medium you like from paints to microsoft paint. If you then scan or photograph them and email to us at talk2ted@hotmail.com we will post your entry on this blog. It is completely up to you if you look up the original poster but originality is key!

It is worth having a rummage around the internet to find some more of these Polish movie posters as they are truly amazing and will certainly spur you on when we shout.... draw!!

At the end of each month, we will post the actual poster of the chosen film for us to laugh or marvel at.. and also comment on some of the finest entries. This is really just a bit of fun and an homage to some amazing Polish film poster art. It might just be an excuse to spend a Sunday covered in bright poster paint!! Enjoy!!
